"Don't you quit. You keep walking, you keep trying, there is help and happiness ahead. Some blessings come soon. Some come late. Some don't come until heaven. But for those who embrace the gospel of Jesus Christ, they come. It will be alright in the end. Trust God and believe in Good Things to Come." - Jeffery R. Holland
Anyone who may be struggling,
You can do it! God has a plan for your life. God has carefully created a path specifically for you to follow, he has created your plan. The path won't be an easy one, I guarantee it, but once that day comes when you reach the end of Heavenly Father's path, the reward will be worth every trial. It will be worth every break up, financial issue, addiction, and any dangerous situation you've been put in. It will be worth every...single...trial you have faced, I promise.
Like I previously mentioned, God has constructed your very own plan. Yes, it is yours and yours only. I bet before we were placed on this earth, he perfectly planned every trial we will ever have. Not because he is a mean God, because he loves you and is testing you. Our life is a test. Will you be the one who has unwavering faith, or the one who gives up so quickly because you believe there's no hope for you? Will you be the one who tries harder and harder each day to stay on that path regardless of the situation you're in or will you be the one who falls to the ground in tears because you just can't handle what God has placed in your life at this time? Will you be the one who wakes up early each morning to say a prayer thanking your father in heaven for challenging you to do your best each and every day, or will you be the one saying "I need some sleep. These trials of mine have just worn me out?" Who will you be? How will you approach your troubles?
I know, life is hard. It really, truly is. It's tiring, upsetting, emotionally draining, it is just hard. However, you are strong and you can succeed in this life. I've known a few people who have tried ending their lives or who have became addicted to drugs or alcohol just so they can feel better about their struggles. It really is sad to see them drift away like that. I don't want that for you, your savior doesn't want that for you, and I hope that you don't want that for yourself. Don't take that road, don't give up that easy. You can do it! You can make it to the end of your path, I promise. Give it all you got!
Everyone has different struggles, you may not feel loved, happy, or comfortable with yourself. You may be going through a divorce or a death of a loved one. Maybe you're being physically or emotionally abused.... or maybe, you have just lost a little faith. What are you going to do about it? Are you just going to end it all because of a trial? No... you're better than that. You are going to get up, and find your confidence, receive help or counseling, you are going to find that faith and put it to the test. I know that when you find your faith, that you will be able to conquer any burden no matter how difficult it may seem.
So next time you come across a trial that has been put on your path, remember that I am cheering you on, and so is the savior. You are loved. Please remember that.
